The Thing That

The photograph has not been developed yet; it’s still in the camera. Sometime in the near future it will be processed and printed and most likely end up in a photo album. This as-yet-unseen photo will show your humble narrator, scruffy of face and attire, holding the reins of a horse named Hedy. It will be the only memento of a very memorable Memorial Day weekend.
