The Grants Office has been in the process of redistributing responsibilities in order to better serve the staff at the Center. As you know, S_____ was placed in the Basic Sciences Division as a customer service experiment implemented by senior leadership. This trial arrangement has been reviewed and determined not to significantly increase customer satisfaction. S______ has relocated to the grants office.
We hope this will be a beneficial arrangement for everyone.
