The Thing That

It rains a lot in Seattle, in case you didn't know. Folks wear a lot of goretex here. Especially when riding a bike. Me, I bike to work everyday, and when it's pouring I put on the rain suit my dad bought me when I was in college. It's yellow PVC and looks something like this-------->
I think I resemble a Maritime fisherman when I wear it but, hoo boy, it keeps me dry. People look at me kinda funny when I come into work though. But then, they usually do anyway.

First post of the new year. I meant to blog last week about my heroics in the snow, but all I ended up doing was playing Hearts on Yahoo Games ad nauseum. Now it's 10:20 and I've just tasted coffee for the first time today. My inbox is full and I'm trying to shake off the Monday morning blues. How are all of you?
