The Thing That

Yeah, I been a total slack ass. Think I have a pretty good excuse though. The last two weeks have been a haze, a wonderful delirium of little sleep, lots of diapers and so much emotion that I've had to numb myself with lengthy videogame sessions. Hey, don't look at me like that; Simone loves to bond with her dad by sitting in his lap while he kicks Playstation butt.

And tomorrow I go back to work. Sucks. Really sucks. Sitting at my desk totally sleep deprived and thinking only of being home with my daughter: Yeah, I'm gonna be productive as shit. The silver lining is I got them to let me work from home Tuesdays and Thursdays for the next few months. Doing my job in my pajamas with my baby on my knee? Oh hell yeah.
